Does Dynamic Rugs sell to the public?Currently, Dynamic Rugs is not authorized to sell to the public. We are a wholesaler only. However, we have a wide array of dealers located throughout the United States and Canada and have a strong e-Commerce presence as well. Where can I buy this rug?Our rugs are available from a number of great retailers, both online and in-store. Our products can be found in over 1,000 stores across the United States and Canada. For in-store shopping options, please refer to our dealer locator to find a dealer near you. For online shopping options, please refer to our online retailers page for a list of our partners.

How can I create an account with Dynamic Rugs?If you are a retailer, you can get started using the "Partner With Us Today!" button found at the bottom right of your screen. We will then forward that information to the appropriate sales representative in your area. After creating your account, if you are interested in online ordering, please let our customer service team know so they can have our data team set that up for you. If you are a consumer, please note that Dynamic Rugs, by law, is only able to sell to other businesses. If you are interested in one of our products, please refer to our dealer locator or list of online retailers for our great in-store and online buying options!

Can I check stock on an item?Stock can be checked by calling our customer service at (240) 405-1360 or by emailing order@dynamicrugs.com. If you are a partner with Dynamic Rugs, stock can be checked 24/7 by signing up for our dealer portal. More information can be found by contacting order@dynamicrugs.com.

What is your return policy?There is a 30-day return window for returns from the date of invoice. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Rugs must be returned wrapped in heavy duty plastic (not shrink wrap) and not damaged or used. All freight charges are the responsibilty of the customer.

Do your products come with a warranty?Beyond the 30-day returns window, Dynamic Rugs offers a 1-year manufacturer's defect warranty. Images and descriptions of all defects must be submitted to order@dynamicrugs.com for approval of claim.

What if I ordered the wrong runner?Roll runners, customized, or altered rugs are not returnable unless by error from Dynamic Rugs. We do not credit labor fees.

What if my rug is damaged or incorrectly shipped?Damaged or mis-shipped claims must be made within 5 days from receipt of invoice.

How do I clean my rug?We recommend using a mild soap like Ivory or Dove and a slightly moist cloth to gently scrub the soiled area. Do not place the rug in the washer as this may cause damage to the backing and fibers of the rug, and may not dry properly, causing mold and foul odors. Seek professional cleaning assistance for any deeper or larger set-in stains. More information on care instructions can be found here.

Why does my rug shed?Shedding is a natural characteristic of the rug and will dissipate over time. Depending on the foot traffic of the room and how often you are vacuuming your rug, the shedding will continue. We recommend only vacuuming the rug when needed and turning off all beater bars/brushes within your vacuum.

Why is my rug smaller than the size ordered?Due to variances in the manufacturing process, particularly with heatset rugs, there may be a variance of up to 3" on any rug, as is the industry standard.

Why are the colors in my rug different than displayed?Colors are open to interpretation. In our ever-evolving technological world, there are several different panels all with differences in regards to their color accuracy. Because of this, the rugs may appear different in person than online, this is an issue that has plagued the rug industry's presence online since the beginning of e-Commerce. Depending on the lighting in the room, certain colors can appear differently, particularly with the naturally occurring sheen seen in viscose fibers. At Dynamic Rugs, our digital marketing team always tries their best to ensure that colors are accurately presented to how the rug looks to the naked eye in both photographic quality and accurate descriptions.

Why are my two rugs of the same style not the same color?Due to variances in the manufacturing process, we cannot guarantee exact color matches of each rug.
